# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas Regulations 1994, Regulation 11: Payments of aid


The Minister shall, following receipt by her of a claim from the farmer, make payments in accordance with Schedule 6 in respect of land which is the subject of undertakings in accordance with sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 7 given in connection with an application under these Regulations which the Minister has accepted.
