# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas Regulations 1994, Paragraph 2: Option B—Low nitrogen arable cropping (standard rotation)


Where the undertakings given by a farmer include undertakings to comply with the requirements set out in Option B in Schedule 3, payments under these Regulations for each hectare of land shall be at the rate of £65 per year.
