# The Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Grants) (Scotland) Scheme 2003, Section 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Grants) (Scotland) Scheme 2003, and shall come into force on 14th March 2003.
(2) This Scheme extends to Scotland only.
