Coming into Operation In accordance with Regulation 1(1)
The Secretary of State for the Environment (as respects England) and the Secretary of State for Wales (as respects Wales), in exercise of their powers under section 20 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
