Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st February 1998.

In these Regulations the “principal Regulations” means the Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1995f1.
