# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1993, Regulation 19: Conformity with other directives


Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this Part, no person shall affix an EC mark of conformity to an instrument if the mark so affixed could be taken indicating that the instrument conforms also to other legally binding Community provisions with which it does not comply.
