# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1995, Regulation 29: Manner of erection of instruments


Where an instrument is fitted with one or more level-indicating devices, a person shall not use the instrument for trade unless each such device indicates that it has been set to its reference position.
