  "text": "In regulation 38—\n(a) in each of paragraphs (1) and (2), for the words “within the areas of the local weights and measures authority by which he is appointed” there shall be substituted in both places where the occur the words “within Northern Ireland”; and\n(b) for paragraph (8) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—\n“(8) In this regulation, “credentials”, in relation to an authorised person, means some duly authenticated document showing that he is authorised to act to exercise the powers conferred on him by this regulation.”.",
