# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations 2016, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S

Where an approved body finds that the essential requirements have not been met by a manufacturer, it—
(a) must require that manufacturer to take appropriate corrective measures; and
(b) must not issue a certificate of conformity.
