# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations 2016, Paragraph 15


The personnel of a conformity assessment body must observe professional secrecy with regard to all information obtained in carry out their tasks under Annex II, except as regards the Secretary of State. Proprietary rights must be protected.
