# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations 2016, Paragraph 8

Extent: E+W+S

A conformity assessment body must be capable of carrying out all the conformity assessment tasks assigned to it by Schedule 7 and in relation to which it has been approved, whether those tasks are carried out by the conformity assessment body itself or on its behalf under its responsibility.
