# The Non-automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations 2016, Paragraph 4: Regulated non-automatic weighing instruments marked with manner of use


Where a regulated non-automatic weighing instrument is marked with the manner of use, a person must not use the instrument for trade in a manner which does not accord with the marking.
