# The Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 1991, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 14th October 1991.
(2) In these Rules, unless a contrary intention appears, a provision referred to by number alone means the provision so numbered in the Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987.
