Rule 16 Amendments to the Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987

In Form 3—

(a)

the words “or probate practitioner” shall be inserted after the first occurrence of the word“solicitor”; and

(b)

the words “/probate practitioner” shall be inserted after the second occurrence of the word“solicitor”.
