Coming into force 24th February 2003
The President of the Family Division, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 127 of the Supreme Court Act 1981, and section 2(5) of the Colonial Probates Act 1892, and with the concurrence of the Lord Chancellor, makes the following Rules:
