# The Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 2003, Rule 6: Amendment to the Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987


In rule 65, after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following—
“(3) This rule does not apply to an appeal against a decision in proceedings for the assessment of costs.”.
