  "text": "Senior Courts Of England And Wales\nMade 29th September 2020\nLaid before Parliament 30th September 2020\nComing into force 2nd November 2020\nThe President of the Family Division of the High Court (the judicial office holder nominated by the Lord Chief Justice), with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor, makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 and section 2(5) of the Colonial Probates Act 1892.",
