# The Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 2025, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 2025 and come into force on 3rd November 2025.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
