  "text": "For paragraph 1(a) of the Schedule to the Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 1981 there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—\n“(a) if the assessed value\ndoes not exceed £10,000…No fee\nexceeds £10,000 but does not exceed £25,000…40.00\nexceeds £25,000 but does not exceed £40,000…80.00\nexceeds £40,000 but does not exceed £70,000…150.00\nexceeds £70,000 but does not exceed £100,000…2.50 per £1,000\nor part thereof”.",
