# The Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment) Order 2013, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/3120). It increases the fee for copies of any document which are made available on a computer disk or in other electronic form from £4 to £6 for each copy.
