# The Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment) Order 2021.
(2) This Order comes into force on 26th January 2022.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
