# The Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment)Order 2003, Article 2


Paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Fees Order (Special applications) shall stand as paragraph 3(1) and thereafter there shall be inserted—
“
(2) On an application for a grant in respect of an estate exempt from inheritance tax by virtue of section 154 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984( exemption for members of the armed forces etc).
