# The Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Indian Ocean Tsunami) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Indian Ocean Tsunami) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 4th March 2005.
(2) In this Order “the 2004 Order” means the Non-Contentious Probate Fees Order 2004.
