# The Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987, Rule 59: Issue of copies of original wills and other documents

Extent: E+W

Where copies are required of original wills or other documents deposited under section 124 of the Act, such copies may be facsimile copies sealed with the seal of the court and issued either as office copies or certified under the hand of a district judge or registrar to be true copies.
