# The Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987, Rule 68: Application to pending proceedings

Extent: E+W

Subject in any particular case to any direction given by a judge or district judge or registrar, these Rules shall apply to any proceedings which are pending on the date on which they come into force as well as to any proceedings commenced on or after that date.
