# The Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987, Rule 69: Revocation of previous rules

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the rules set out in the Second Schedule are hereby revoked.
(2) The rules set out in the Second Schedule shall continue to apply to such extent as may be necessary for giving effect to a direction under rule 68.
