# The Non-Maintained Special Schools (England) Regulations 2015, Regulation 3: Conditions of approval and requirements to be complied with

(1) Part 1 of the Schedule provides the requirements a school must comply with as a condition of approval by the Secretary of State under section 342(1) of the 1996 Act.
(2) Part 2 of the Schedule provides the requirements a school must comply with while approved under section 342(1) of the 1996 Act.
