# The Non-Maintained Special Schools (England) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 18: Register of checks

Extent: E+W

(1) A register is maintained that meets the requirements set out in paragraph 7(3), (4) and (6).
(2) The register required to be maintained under this paragraph may be maintained in electronic form, provided that the information so recorded is capable of being reproduced in legible form.
