  "text": "(1) The Authority shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year—\n(a) prepare and publish a report on the discharge of its functions during that financial year; and\n(b) send a copy of the report to each of the appointing authorities.\n(2) The Secretary of State shall lay a copy of every report under this section, together with a copy of the Authority’s statement of accounts for the financial year in question, before each House of Parliament.",
