  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988.\n(2) This Act shall have effect subject to the transitional provisions set out in Schedule 7 to this Act.\n(3) This Act does not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.",
