  "long_title": "This Order grants development consent for, and authorises Norfolk Boreas Limited to construct, operate and maintain a generating station located in the North Sea approximately 47km from the Norfolk coast, together with associated development. For the purposes of the development that it authorises Norfolk Boreas Limited is authorised by the Order compulsorily or by agreement to purchase land (including rights in land) and the right to use land, as well as to override easements and other rights. The Order also provides a defence to proceedings in respect of statutory nuisance and to discharge water. The Order imposes requirements in connection with the development for which it grants development consent.",
