  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the construction, operation or maintenance of the authorised project or to facilitate, or is incidental to, it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 19 (time limit for exercise of authority to acquire land compulsorily), article 20 (compulsory acquisition of rights and the imposition of restrictive covenants), article 24 (acquisition of subsoil and airspace only), article 25 (rights under or over streets), article 26 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised project) and article 41 (Crown rights).",
