# The Norfolk Boreas Offshore Wind Farm Order 2021, Article 32: Deemed marine licences under the 2009 Act

Extent: E+W

The marine licences set out in Schedules 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are deemed to have been granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities set out in Part 3 of each of those Schedules, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 4 of each of those Schedules.
