  "text": "(1) In relation to any offshore service platform, each foundation using piles must not have—\n(a) more than six driven piles; or\n(b) in the case of two or more pile structures, have a pile diameter which is more than three metres.\n(2) In relation to an offshore service platform, each foundation must not have a seabed footprint area (excluding scour protection) of greater than 7,500 m2.",
