  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the construction and operation of an offshore wind farm and associated works off the coast at Overstrand near Cromer, Norfolk and the creation of temporary exclusion zones around the works.\nA copy of the works plans and sections prescribed by rules 12(1) and 12(3) of the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2000 and certified in accordance with article 21 of the Order may be inspected at the offices of Norfolk Offshore Wind Farm Limited, 1st Floor, 5 Woolgate Court, 55-57 St Benedict’s Street, Norwich NR2 4RZ.",
