Nothing in paragraph 9 or 11 shall impose liability on the undertaker in respect of accumulation or erosion or alteration of the tidal flow or littoral drift other than accumulation or erosion or alteration of the tidal flow or littoral drift which the undertaker is liable to remedy under paragraph 3 or 4 above.
