# The Norfolk Rivers Internal Drainage Board Order 2022, Note: Explanatory note

This Order confirms a Scheme submitted by the Environment Agency making provision for the reconstitution of the Norfolk Rivers Internal Drainage Board so that the number of elected members is reduced from 15 to 10.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.
