  "long_title": "This Order grants development consent for, and authorises Norfolk Vanguard Limited to construct, operate and maintain a generating station located in the North Sea approximately 47km from the Norfolk coast, together with all necessary and associated development. For the purposes of the development that it authorises Norfolk Vanguard Limited is authorised by this Order compulsorily or by agreement to purchase land and rights in land to use land, as well as to override easements and other rights. This Order also provides a defence in proceedings in respect of statutory nuisance and to discharge water. The Order imposes requirements in connection with the development for which it grants development consent.",
