  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised project or to facilitate, or is incidental, to it.\n(2) This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 20 (compulsory acquisition of rights) and article 26 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised project).",
