# The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2020, Article 32: Deemed marine licences under the 2009 Act

Extent: E+W+S

The marine licences set out in Schedules 9, 10, 11 and 12 are deemed to have been granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities set out in Part 3, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 4, of each licence.
