  "long_title": "This Order authorises the construction and operation of a biomass fuelled electricity generating station and associated works to be situated at the Blyth Harbour Commission’s Battleship Wharf, North Blyth, in the County of Northumberland. It also provides for the connection of those works via a cable connection laid underground to the electricity distribution system. For the purposes of the development that it authorises, North Blyth Energy Limited is authorised by the Order to acquire land and rights in land compulsorily or by agreement as well as to override easements and other rights. The Order imposes requirements in connection with the development for which it grants development consent.",
