  "text": "(1) The undertaker shall, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the design and access statement;\n(c) the elevations plan;\n(d) the environmental statement;\n(e) the heat radiation contour plan;\n(f) the land plan;\n(g) the massing plan; and\n(h) the works plan\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified shall be admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
