  "text": "The deemed marine licences set out in Schedule 8 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act – generation assets), Schedule 9 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act – transmission assets) and Schedule 10 (deemed marine licence under the 2009 Act – transmission assets – offshore converter platform) respectively, are deemed to be granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licences) of the 2009 Act for the licenced marine activities set out in Part 1, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 2, of each of those Schedules.",
