  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order grants development consent for, and authorises the construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of an offshore wind farm generating station located approximately 40km from the coast of Essex, together with associated development. This Order imposes requirements in connection with the development and authorises the compulsory purchase of land (including rights in land) and the right to use land and to override easements and other rights.\nA copy of the plans and book of reference referred to in this Order and certified in accordance with article 40 (certification of plans, etc.) together with a copy of any guarantee or alternative form of security approved by the Secretary of State pursuant to article 47 (funding), may be inspected free of charge at the offices of RWE at Windmill Hill Business Park, Whitehill Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 6PB during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.",
