# The North Kent Marshes Internal Drainage District Order 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the North Kent Marshes Internal Drainage District Order 2016 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order, “the Agency” means the Environment Agency.
