  "text": "Subject to article 16(4), the undertaker may—\n(a) acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans within Order limits and described in the book of reference;\n(b) extinguish the rights of, remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference; and\n(c) acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference.",
