# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Article 36: Deemed marine licence

The undertaker is deemed to be granted a licence under section 66 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 to carry out the works described in Schedule 7, subject to the licence conditions set out in Part 3 of that Schedule.
