# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 17: Control of noise during construction

Extent: E+W+S

During construction of the authorised development, the noise level as a result of the construction at any residential location shall not exceed 51dB LAeq, 1 hour unless otherwise approved by the relevant planning authority.
