# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 18


No part of the authorised development shall be carried out until a written scheme providing for the monitoring of noise generated during the construction of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority; the scheme shall specify—
(a) the locations at which noise will be monitored;
(b) the method of noise measurement (which shall accord with BS 5228 or, an equivalent successor standard or other agreed noise measurement methodology appropriate to the circumstances); and
(c) the frequency of submission of data to the relevant planning authority.
