# The North Killingholme (Generating Station) Order 2014, Paragraph 24: Construction hours

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Construction or demolition work shall not take place other than between 0700 and 1900 hours Monday to Saturday, and shall not take place at all on Sundays or public holidays, unless otherwise approved by the relevant planning authority or in case of emergency.
(2) If work is proposed outside of the construction work hours referred to in paragraph (1) then the undertaker will submit risk assessments and method statements to the relevant planning authority and will advise local residents by posting the information on its website.
